My Story
I was an undersized, late bloomer growing up, playing both baseball and football through high school. It wasn’t until I was 18, after committing to play Division III baseball at Whitman College in a small town called Walla Walla, Washington, that I got serious about the gym. I lifted on my own 5-6 days a week, always finding time to train outside of the team’s required lifts. Fitness quickly became a huge part of my life, and I spent years experimenting with different lifting programs and nutrition strategies. The work I put in off the field helped me excel on it: I became a three-time First Team All-Conference outfielder at Whitman and earned Division III All-American honors my senior year. After COVID granted extra eligibility, I continued my journey at the Division I level, playing two more years at William & Mary while earning my MBA. My passion for lifting and nutrition never wavered, and it showed — I was named Second Team All-Conference my first year and went on to be named Conference Co-Player of the Year, earning Division I All-American honors in my final season. Through it all, the gym was a constant. Fitness has been a driving force in my life, and now I’m making it a career.
